For bullion that is stored with us, we offer 100% of the underlying live market spot price. Payment is settled directly back to the client’s  account. This offers clients the possibility to securely store physical bullion and retain liquidity.

For bullion that is not stored with us, we offer clients the option to sell their bullion holdings directly to us. We buy all the products which are currently listed on our website in addition to most other recognisable bullion coins and bars.

In order to sell your bullion to us, please follow the four simple steps below:

1. Email or telephone us with the details of what you are interested in selling.

2. If a price is agreed, package your items per our packaging guidelines.

3. We arrange for the collection of your bullion.

4. When the bullion is delivered to our offices and verified, we arrange   payment within two business days to your bank account via wire transfer.

Delivery / Collection of bullion that you wish to sell:

On all transactions above 2,000 Swiss Francs, we offer free collection from your home or premises via FedEx. Shipping labels are provided via email, which will need to be attached to your shipment.

For transactions below 2,000 Swiss Francs, we recommend shipping to us via registered post from your local post office.

We insure all prearranged shipments by FedEx and Registered Mail to our offices via Lloyds of London.

Packaging Guidelines:

All items dispatched to us must be packaged securely in plain packaging that does not indicate the contents of the package. No mention of Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Bullion or other indication of the contents may be written anywhere on the outside of the package. This is per the terms of our insurance policy and reduces the risk of loss.

You may sell all of your Silver, Platinum and Palladium minted or cast bullion products to us. Payment is issued within 2 working days by wire transfer directly to your account after delivery has been made to us and the contents have been verified.
