The following fees apply to vault services offered by Suisse Gold:

Collections from Luzern (includes staff time to arrange delivery from vault and handing over of bullion):

Orders up to 10,000 CHF = 150.00 CHF
Orders above 10,000 CHF = 50.00 CHF

Collections from ViaMat locations:

All orders = 150.00 CHF

Internal Transfers to third party accounts at ViaMat

All orders = 150.00 CHF

Certificate of bullion in storage (by Registered Mail / FedEx):

Orders up to 10,000 CHF = 45 CHF (Registered Mail) / 65 CHF (FedEx)
Orders above 10,000 CHF = No charge (Registered Mail) / 25 CHF (FedEx)

Repackaging and dispatch of an order returned undelivered (after three delivery attempts have been made):

Return delivery costs to us and:

Orders up to 10,000 CHF = 25 CHF + Standard shipping rates
Orders above 10,000 CHF = Standard shipping rates

Returned Cheque Fees:

20 CHF Administration charge + Associated Bank Fees
