How to make a purchase

Purchasing bullion from us is very easy, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account using your account information. Please note that your account must have been approved by a site administrator prior to your first purchase.

2. Select the items and quantity that you wish to purchase by clicking on the 'buy now' icon. When you have finished shopping, please select the 'checkout' option.

3. After checking your information, confirm your selection by clicking the 'Submit Order' icon.

4. Your order has now been placed. Our system will email you a copy of your invoice which will contain payment instructions. We accept payment by wire to our account or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'CC Holdings' and are subject to a clearing time of two weeks. Please note that there is a 2% processing fee for cheques.

5. Upon receipt of your funds, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us.

6. Your purchase will now appear in the 'My Vault' section of our website. From here you may view your allocated purchase, request shipping or sell your bullion back to us at the market spot price.
