How to sell bullion from your vault

As part of our service, we offer our clients the ability to sell bullion products back to us. This is offered as an option for clients to maintain asset liquidity or realise cash and is not suitable for speculation. This information applies only to registered account holders who have bullion in storage with us.

In order to sell your Vault bullion to us, please follow the below instructions:

1. Login to your account.

2. Under the 'Your Account' window on the top right of the screen, please click bank details and complete this form. When you have completed this form, please select save. It is necessary for us to hold your bank information so that we may purchase bullion from you. Please note that we may request a copy of your bank statement to verify account holder information prior to making a transfer.

3. Click on the 'My Vault' link under 'Your Account'. A list of your products will appear.

4. You may select any of the item(s) in your vault by clicking on them. You will be presented with an offer to ship the item to you or to sell the bullion to us at its current spot market value.

5. If the 'Sell this product' option is selected, an email will be sent to the website administrator with your offer to sell. The bullion will then move to the 'sold waiting' section of 'My Vault'. If the offer to sell is accepted by the administrator, the bullion will move again to the 'sold confirmed' section of 'My Vault'. Emails confirming your offer to sell and confirmation of your sale acceptance will be sent to you updating you of the progress automatically.
